As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), my focus is on helping you deepen your self-awareness, uncover what matters most to you, and navigate what feels stuck or overwhelming. Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand your personality, your story, and your goals so that our work together aligns with who you are.

I draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, always guided by what best supports your needs at the moment. This means you’re an active participant in your healing—your insights and experiences guide our direction together.

Whether you’re exploring long-held beliefs, difficult emotions, or parts of yourself you’ve kept hidden, you’ll be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect.
