Starting counselling is a meaningful step. It is time set aside just for you to slow down, gain clarity, and work through what matters most.
We know therapy is an investment, and we’re committed to making it accessible. We also offer scaled session fees, because everyone deserves support.
All sessions are currently offered virtually and priced in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
We follow the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC) fee guidelines.

We ask that you pay before each session by credit card or e-transfer. We’ll keep a card on file to make things easier for both of us—it’s stored securely and encrypted in compliance with Canadian privacy laws (PIPEDA).
Life happens—we get it. If something comes up and you need to cancel or reschedule, just let us know at least 48 hours ahead of time. If it’s less than 48 hours or you miss your session, we’ll need to charge the full fee. This helps us honor the time we’ve set aside for you and gives someone else a chance to book that spot if needed.
Payments are processed using the credit card on file.
Many benefit plans cover counselling with a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), but coverage varies. Check with your insurance provider or People + Culture team to see if your plan includes RCCs registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (BCACC).
We don’t bill insurance directly, but we’ll give you a detailed receipt so you can submit it for reimbursement if your plan covers it.
